Credit Card Purchase
I accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. To make your purchase by credit card, simply click on one of the shopping cart icons (below) listed for your product.
Make sure you click on the correct shopping cart icon for the format (downloadable PDF or hardcopy) and delivery location (US, Canada, or International) you want.
If you order a product in PDF format, you will receive access to it immediately and will not have to pay any shipping and handling costs! You can save it on your computer, read it on your computer screen, and print it. Products you order in hard copy format will be mailed to you, usually within 24 hours. Please allow about two weeks for US deliveries. Canadian and International orders may take longer.
Please note: When you order a product in hard copy format, the amount shown on the initial on-line order screen will not include the shipping cost. The shipping amount will be added later on the final order screen.

If you order the PDF format you will receive it via email, usually within 24 hours of receipt of your check.
If you order the hard copy format please include the mailing address where you want your product shipped when you send in your check.
